Tour Hours

Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. or Saturdays 10 a.m., to noon except holidays, so you can see first hand the quality care we give your pets.

Drop-Off (Check-in):

Mon. through Fri. 8 A.M.- 4:30 P.M. ,

Saturday 9:00 A.M. - 12:00 Noon, except holiday weekends*

Pick-Up (Check-out)

Mon. through Fri. 8 A.M.- 1P.M.

Pickup between 1 P.M. and 4:30 P.M. will entail additional boarding charge.

Saturday 9:00 A.M. - 12:00 Noon (except holidays)

Sunday check-out is available September through May (except for holidays) from 2-4 p.m. with pre-payment at sign-in.
Note: Sunday boarding charge will be added.

*We are closed for business on Sundays and holidays but we never stop caring for your precious pets. Please understand that we cannot permit drop-offs on holidays as our staff needs a few hours of rest for themselves.
